Please be informed that our factory and office will observe the Chinese National Day holiday from Thursday, October 1 to Wednesday, October 7, 2026. Normal operations will resume on Thursday, October 8, 2026.
Closed: October 1 – October 7, 2026 (7 days)
Reopening: October 8, 2026 (Thursday)
Orders confirmed before September 30. These will be scheduled for production and dispatch before the holiday, subject to material availability and shipping space. We recommend confirming sizes, colours, artwork and payment as early as possible — the week before National Day is the busiest shipping period of the year in China.
Orders placed or confirmed after September 30. Production and inspection will start on October 8. Please allow additional lead time for your delivery schedule.
Shipments in transit. Please note that freight forwarders, customs brokers, port terminals and courier services across China reduce or suspend operations during October 1–7. Even for cargo dispatched before the holiday, transit and customs clearance may be slower than usual. We strongly advise adding a buffer of several days to any delivery commitment that falls close to this period.
Quotations and samples. Quotation requests, sample arrangements and technical discussions received during the holiday will be handled from October 8. We will reply to every message — thank you for your patience.
